As the BICWA Chair representative, Beekeeping has gained great interest over the past years and shows an exponential growth of new beekeepers entering the industry especially in the recreational sector. BICWA thrives to provide the resources and education necessary to keep the whole industry sustainable, healthy and enjoyable to all its members alike. This Conference provides a great opportunity to bring together recreational and commercial beekeepers with researchers to share knowledge, values and contacts. Off to a bright future with Better Bees, Better Business!

As the CRCHBP Chair representing, a Cooperative Research Centre focused on Honey Bee Products, coming together to share, inspire and connect is core to our ethos. Working together is what honey bees do, and we aspire to create that same energy at this conference. Whilst the CRC for Honey Bee Products has been fortunate to create a hive of research activity, we know we are not the only ones doing outstanding research to grow and protect the honey bee industry. We open this opportunity to gather, to share and reflect, building better bees and better businesses.
